D’Monte House

Lightness that welcomes. Elegance that endures.

The interior of D'Monte House is in a delicate balance between sophistication and comfort. Microcement runs throughout the house, creating visual continuity and a neutral base for the serenity of the space. The light woods warm the environment, making it cozy and subtly enveloping. Each window is an invitation to the outside, to nature, to light, to silence. In this house, everything communicates with each other. And everything invites you to stay.

Watch the full video and follow, in detail, each stage of this construction with a Duality signature.

At Duality, outdoor lighting is more than functional: it's narrative.

Each point of light is designed to guide, reveal, and engage. It highlights the architecture, designs paths and gives intimacy to outdoor spaces, extending the experience of the house beyond sunset. It is in the contrast between shade and light that we create atmospheres that welcome, enhance and transform the garden into a true inhabited setting.

Designed to respond precisely to the family's lifestyle, D'Monte House is born from a plan carefully oriented to maximize sun exposure and create a luminous and fluid experience.

Between the interior and the exterior, everything has been thought out in detail: from the cinema room integrated to the custom-designed furniture, from the pool to the pitfire and the dining area. A single-storey house where every choice reflects comfort, intention and a subtle balance between functionality and sophistication.

D'Monte House is the result of a unified vision, where architecture, interiors and landscape are intertwined with lightness and rigor.

A house designed to flow, to breathe, to live in harmony with the place and with those who inhabit it.
