With more than 60 years of history, this family home showed signs of structural aging and an outdated layout.
The challenge was to preserve the constructed memory, reinventing the way of living. The AR project thus emerges as a sensitive reinterpretation of a space that maintains the same familiar essence, but gains new purpose and energy.

With around 75m² per floor and a dominant central staircase, the reorganization of the spaces required a rigorous approach.
The careful reading of the proportions and flows allowed for a clear and functional spatial redistribution. On the lower floor, the kitchen articulates with the living and dining areas, creating a continuous social space that asserts itself as the core of the house.

Its organization allowed the creation of three bedrooms and several outdoor areas, distributed in a functional way, boosting the rhythm of everyday life and the relationship with the outside world.
Despite its compact size, the house reveals a sense of spaciousness and tranquility, the result of continuous attention to what characterizes the space and what gives it physical presence.
The AR project constitutes an integral intervention, from structure to decoration, conducted in such a way as to guarantee unity and integrity in every detail.
More than a renovation, it sought to return the house to its essence, through a careful and timeless language that transforms the lived space.
