Around 40 years old, the house had an outdated structure and an experience that was not adjusted to the client's current needs.
The project took on the challenge of restructuring the spatial organization and architectural expression of the house in a profound but sensitive way, reformulating the interior layout, promoting a more intuitive, clear and luminous reading of the house.

The exterior was conceived as a natural extension of the interior, respecting the scale of the house and the character of the surrounding setting, integrating new elements with description and measurement.
The garden includes a lounge area, a dining space with barbecue and an infinity pool embedded in the slightly raised wooden deck, which takes center stage.
The house integrates a home automation system developed by Óbvio Smart Living, which ensures performance and safety in all functions.
Through integrated intelligent solutions, it is possible to control blinds, gates and video intercom, monitor spaces in real time and create personalized automations, ensuring centralized, simple and intuitive management.
The MS Project is an example of a total intervention that preserves the essence of housing, while redefining its expression.
A house designed for the present, where architecture finds the balance between logic and lightness, rigor and serenity.
