Spread over a single floor, X House was designed to provide a practical and intuitive experience, without sacrificing the emotional dimension that makes it a real home.
The spaces were designed with proportion, precision, and measurement, reflecting an idea of comfort and balance. The kitchen is the heart of the home, providing moments of sharing and living.
Art, design, and exclusivity coexist in this space, where minimalism embraces sophistication.
Among works of art, designer furniture, and exclusive creations by Duality, each piece finds its place in a setting of neutral tones, where natural elements stand out.
Entering X House is like embarking on a journey designed to awaken the senses.
The footpath, subtly outlined among the vegetation, gradually reveals the house, inviting you to discover it. Landscaping is a key element of the project and is constantly evolving.
The pool takes center stage, asserting itself as the visual and symbolic axis around which the house is organised.
This element, where space and emotion meet, transcends its leisure function, giving the house an intimate and contemplative atmosphere.
