Objectives, activities, and expected/achieved results:

  • Diagnosing the digital maturity of SMEs and the digital competencies of their workers and managers.
  • Development of competencies and processes that allow the adoption of advanced technologies and the digitalization of value chains.
  • Sensitization and empowerment of workers and entrepreneurs to the challenges of the Digital Transition
  • Purchase of services integrated into the Digital Transition Services Catalogue, in the Customer Relations area (social networks + advertising campaigns + video spot for advertising), with a view to the digital transformation of the business model.
