A recent house that had structural weaknesses that jeopardized his experience.
The project was thus born from the need to rebuild and the opportunity to redesign all spaces, as if we were building the house from scratch.

The interior has been reconfigured, creating fluid and functional connections between the different spaces.
The new layout favors contemporary living, bringing areas closer together, simplifying routes and expanding natural light.
The decoration interprets architecture with coherence and harmony, with a refined aesthetic, where sophistication reveals itself, from the choice of materials to the precision of the detail.
The result is a house that breathes cohesion and stability, designed to evolve with those who inhabit it.
The exterior of the house was undervalued, dimensionless, purposeless, and disconnected from the interior experience.
In this project, we created a new narrative by establishing an organic link between the interior and the garden, expanding the boundaries of the house and transforming the outdoor space into a true extension of the home.
More than a renovation, this project affirms itself as an integral reinterpretation of the space.
A new story built on the same foundations, where architecture is combined with sensitivity to create a house that finally finds itself with itself.
