Projeto SR
The SR Project, simple in appearance, involved a profound structural and housing reinterpretation, transforming a family home into two independent T3 houses.
The intervention preserves the original identity, ensuring a balance between technique and architectural character. The lower floor was excavated and leveled, allowing the structural base of the house to be redesigned and to ensure physical and visual continuity of the space.

Projeto SR
The interior atmosphere follows a subtle palette, dominated by light tones, natural textures and a welcoming materiality.
The design favors natural light, reinforcing a serene environment that breathes balance and intimacy.
At the rear of the house, an unexpected retreat proved to be the ideal opportunity to introduce a new central element, the garden.
This hidden space takes shape, through areas designed for reading, socializing and contemplation. As in the interior, here too, the intervention is based on a logic of tranquility and lightness.

The SR Project represents an intervention balanced between technique and sensitivity.
It is in the final simplicity that the complexity of the transformation is hidden, and memory and modernity are articulated.
